On the morning of September 19th, 2022, Mrs. Qi Linkai from School of Management of our school gave a special lecture entitled Sharing Frontier of Strategic Management Research at Home and Abroad to the teachers and students of School of Management inTraining Building 15392.

Qi Linkai, Ph.D. in Management, is a visiting scholar at Florida National University, USA, and currently a lecturer at the School of Management of our school. Her main research directions are strategic management, human resource management, cultural creativity and so on.

Qi Linkai, a teacher, has presided over four provincial and ministerial-level projects and one other commission-level project since taking up her present post; As an important member (the top three), she participated in 7 national and provincial projects, and also participated in many other consulting projects, and published more than 10 related papers in authoritative journals at home and abroad, including 3 by SCI, 3 by SSCI and 2 by EI.

In this lecture, Mrs. Qi shared several frontier theories of strategic management research, discussed the new topics and methods of current strategic management research from domestic and foreign perspectives, and emphatically discussed the development trend of strategic management research theory, suggesting that under the development of competitive situation, strategic management theory needs to further strengthen the understanding of the essence of strategic management and build a more comprehensive and open theoretical framework.

Teacher Qi Linkai showed the development of enterprise strategic management theory with vivid business cases, and also taught herself the main methods of writing academic articles without reservation. After the lecture, Mrs. Qi interacted with the teachers and students on the spot on the content of the lecture, and patiently answered the questions and puzzles raised by the teachers and students attending the lecture. Teachers and students attending the meeting said in succession that the lecture had a clear theme, profound thoughts, clear thinking and was deeply inspired, and accumulated a lot of valuable experience for their future research and study, which will be carefully digested and absorbed after the meeting.
